Looking over Waverley Station towards Calton Hill. From the left, the Martyrs memorial in the Calton Burial Ground, Calton Hill with the old Observatory, the remains of the New Prison, The Scottish Office, Nelson's Monument and the old Royal High School.

Return of Winter

Snow on the rooftops and lying in the side streets.  Very cold.  Looking down Hanover Street to Goldenacre in the distance and over the Forth (complete with container ship) to Fife.

Glasgow University to be precise, making a guest appearance.  Winter trying to reassert itself.
