Rannoch Wall

A guest appearance of Buchaille Etive Mor in Glencoe.  The famous Rannoch Wall with numerous excellent climbing routes. There is a climber getting ready near the centre of the picture.  Wearing a blue top.  Taken with my phone.

Drum Struck

One of the shows at the Assembly Hall.  Traditional African drumming, a fun show for all the family.

Rubbish

Bulk rubbish, beloved by the Council detested by the citizens. Hideous bins with attendant piles of rubbish everywhere. This the noisy emptying of a bin.

Tickling Jock

The Portrait Gallery have been running a series of comedy events under the above title to go with their exhibition of the same name. There was also a conversation between A L Kennedy and John Byrne who is depicted in the self portrait behind Jo Caufield.  Good night out.

Stop Code

The stop code for a bus stop on Princes Street. Used in conjunction with a smart phone app for Lothian buses.  Very handy, too wet to walk.

The Assembly Hall, home to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland, acts as a venue during the Festival. Surrounded by revellers and booze, what would he have made of it all. Dodgy phone pic.
