Up at the castle today. Just a bit late for the 21 gun salute for the Queen's official birthday. Hence the three artillery pieces instead of one. Tam the "gun" died in 2005 and the current incumbent is a lady who replaced the replacement. See article.

Nice seeing it from this angle. Last year I was down the far side of the guns on several occassions for press calls but I always prefer the view from where you were.
