Tourist Buses
The fate of most bus tours that visit Edinburgh is to end up here. The car park of Leith Mills in an industrial area of Leith. The shop is at least better than the hideous dives on the Royal Mile.

Local Heraldry
The local bowling green flying their colours, Lord Lyon approved. Will have to come back in a stronger wind.

Collins Gallery
A guest appearance of Glasgow. Sadly the Collins Gallery, part of the University of Strathclyde, closed an exhibition for the last time. The last day of "George Willey, A Life Less Ordinary" brought out a good crowd to see the exhibition and to say farewell to the Gallery and Laura Hamilton who has made such a good job of running the gallery for all these years.

Franchinos
The chilled cabinet in Franchino's Sicilian Pastry Shop in Albert Street. Can't beat it.

Patience
Outside the Post Office in Ferry Road. Dogs seem to divide into 2 categories when waiting, "just chillin" and totally neurotic.

Tombstone
This is part of an old "table" style grave near the Church in Libberton kirkyard. A well to do farmer. Interesting that the team pulling the plow is mixed being led by two horses and then four oxen.

Waverley Market
The entrance to Waverley Market. Once a genuine old market instead of a pile of branded junk shops. Property of the Common Good Fund, ie the citizens of Edinburgh. Finally sold down the river by the cretinous legions of Edinburgh City Council and the pathetic members of the Parliment committee.

Winter Returns
After a record breaking March in terms of sunshine and temperatures April as arrived and today brought high winds, driving rain, sleet, snow and finally this hail. The car park was as far as I was prepared to go for a photo.
