Stone Luggage

A George Wyllie whimsy, a "Gladstone Bag" from a stone collected from the shore.  George was 90 on Hogmanay and this will be a year of celebration. Check out  http://www.whysman.co.uk/

Bellevue

Staying in the same area.  This is the church in Bellevue Crescent which features in several posts looking down East Claremont street.  This is the rear of the building, a much plainer affair than the porticoed front.

Tunnel

The walk/cycle-way using the old railway tunnel on the line that would have gone to Newhaven.  This is Scotland Yard and the tunnel goes under Rodney Street coming out at Tesco. Edinburgh has many such structures from it's steam past but this is one of the best preserved.

We Are Not Amused

Queen Victoria on her high plinth at the bottom of Leith Walk. If you had to look up the walk all day, you wouldn't be amused either.
