Another fairly grey day.

Fog

Back in Edinburgh from the "bright" north. Taken on the phone going down the Mound at about 6.30PM. The Assembly Hall and an invisible Castle swallowed by the fog.  Cold too.

Cycleway

There is an extensive network of paths and cycleways in Edinburgh which allows cyclists and pedestrians to keep off the roada.  The old railway lines are an important part of the network.  This is in victoria park in leith.  The Cycletrack goes under the old bridge which is part of Craighall Road.

Early Morning, Port of Leith

This should all have been developed by now but this unit, nearest the sea lock, remains isolated and there are no signs that anything will change soon. Other parts of the city have seen a revival in building but the waterfront developments are completely stalled.

Wandering around the "arrested development" by the waterfront I have noticed that there are large areas covered in these, mostly broken.
