Princes Street Gardens, East

I had occasion to drop off some samples at the National Gallery and took the opportunity to snap this view of long lunchtime shadows.

    This is one of my favourites. I have such fond memories of this place from when I lived in my Edinburgh apartment around the corner. Edinburgh's architecture is just so impressive and beautiful, and to have so much green space in a city is a rare and welcome change. One of my last days was spent strolling down this very path :) Louise x

    Well there weren't many strolling down the path on Wednesday. A tad cold perhaps.
