I'm not sure this will win any prizes, but it reminded me that the finalists in the recent BBC wildlife photo competition seemed to reflect wildlife as you and I and other normal people would encounter it. (Conveniently Ignoring the scandal of the "wolf" photo that won it) The usual spectacular wildlife shots that we see are so remote from our own experiences that they might as well have occurred on Mars
