    So, what's the difference between the Scottish Government, and the Scottish Parliament. Is one sort of the civil service, and if so, which?

    Same as the Tory/Lib Dem coalition government and the House of Commons. Executive and legislature.

    Civil Service and ministers. No equivalent of Downing Street. Bute House is just residential I think.

    Civil Service but with a swimming pool and gym. No equivalent for No 10. Bute House just residential I think.
